This is a mental/spiritual well being centre secondarily leading to physical well being by trying to achieve a yoga communion with the supreme energy of Nature/your Higher Self with your body and mind and heart and soul. This is not a physical exercise or yoga gym. I am the only staff here. There is no parking facilities. Wifi might be available later on. Due to the nature of my business the commodity of which is priceless I can't guarantee the same to my customers and hence there is absolutely no financial constraints. I am targeting the poors, mentally challenged individuals, aged stressed out depressed individuals and anybody needing mental support or advice ! I would like to help them to strive to come out of their misery by their own efforts. It's possible I might not be of any help to them whatsoever. However it's worth a try ! You might be wondering why am I offering you this priceless gift of the good Lord SHIVA ! Well, I have gone through so much depression, suffering and pain ( both physical and mental ) in my life and for so long that I fail to remember. And one who hasn't gone through such traumatic experience will never understand it's misery. And if you are going through the same, I can at least try to help you ! But it will depend on your own efforts. The Lord only helps those who help themselves because He Himself has been lifting the burden of creation through a tedious, painstaking process of evolution and the labor of love for the past eternity and it's high time to help Him by helping ourselves, as He resides in You as a sentient being ! The lord represents the pure consciousness which can perceive the force of gravity of Ma Parvati to the fullest. Actually there is no difference between the two, like fire and it's burning strength ! It's for you to awaken Him within you. Until now he has shared all your sorrow and tears but couldn't share your joy and happiness ! A good way to meditate is to indulge in your passion whatever it might be. Listen to love songs or good music. Meditation should not require any effort at all. Sex is a natural form of meditation because this is the primal instinct of Nature, desire being the earliest seed of spirit and form from the burning virtuous, cognitive but invisible formless fire, and has more followers than any faith or religion. Our very survival depends on this and without which Mother Nature will become desolate and abominated ! We have been made through love by our parents and that's why we are the children of love and immortality. HE is your higher self and that's why you are nothing but His children. On realising this Jesus said, Father, you and I are One. This is also one of the basic cognition of Hindu Spiritual Philosophy written in the Vedantas/Upanishads, that God is in the wisdom which is nothing but a condensed knowledge, Pragyanam Kutastha Brahmma ( Sanskrit ), Kutastha being secret, hidden and strategic ! And knowledge is nothing but the eternal flame and the Heavenly Wind or the love of Gravity ! Though this sentient experience in indescribable and silence would be a close description I would try to describe it here and you may feel it in silence which is a great remedy for many diseases affecting the mind ! Onkar ( Om/ওঁম ) is the basic vibration of Creation, an energy present in stellar wombs as the superheated high energy subatomic particles vibrate and collide with each other/or matter-antimatter collision, almost at the speed of light, themselves being the source of light/photons too ! This energy was also there during the big bang of the primal singularity ! The fossil remains of Om can be found in the background microwave radiation too. Om is the messenger of the Lord, which is present everywhere. A 2nd tenet of Upanishads is, Sarbang khalwidam Kutastha Brahmma, meaning the real God is everywhere. So whatever you see with the windows of your soul ( Your Eyes ) is God, including you ! What a beautiful simplicity, that He is everywhere, you don't have to search for Him, He is unconditionally yours ! And Einstein proved this by his theory E=MC square. If you think I am stretching my imagination too far, you can look at our sun, which many civilisations consider as God, the ultimate source of our energy and life itself. Let us not recollect the devastating power of nuclear bombs. However there is difference though we are absolutely not sure about it, there must be a pure, forceful consciousness associated/as the primal cause of creation/cosmic Energy. And are we absolutely sure that matter is unconscious ? Well they exhibit the force of gravity ! Now, even the modern astrophysicists believe that matter and consciousness are reciprocally linked ! Now I will try to describe the feeling of the Heavenly Wind/eternal flame/eternal love and blessings of the Lord. If you are lucky enough, gradually you will start to experience the awesome, amazing, nature of His love throughout your whole being, body and mind and heart and soul, incredibly and wondrously and exponentially increasing for all eternity, making you immortal at least in the spirit if not in the body too. You will begin to daydream, in a sleep like state of increasing peace and tranquility but in a fully conscious state, a state of the Lord SHIVA called the Shivoham state but with a difference. You will feel the colossal strength of your Self/Soul, in your brain, spinal cord, all the 7 energy wheel chakras in your brain and cord arising up from your base chakra Muladhar, where the primal sexual instinct/energy of Mother Nature is hidden which would awaken the deep slumber of your own Lord SHIVA ( Yoga-Nidra ) in the Reticular activating system of nerve cells in your upper spine and deep white matter/ limbic system of emotions in your brain, the latter playing an enormous role in your further development. Many Yogis remain angry for years together apparently for no reason at all and along with the optic chiasma this emotional centre of the brain could be the seat of the soul ! That's why it's said, a real man lives by his head ! The lord is not a distant God, he is your body ( body of Christ, the universe ) and soul, and you will come to know that you contain whole of Him whereas the universe contains his infinitesimal fraction and also, the universe occupies only a fraction of you. So ultimately which lives inside whom, the universe or you ? Jaha Pinde tahay Brahmmande, a Hindu wisdom meaning, what's in the cosmos is also there in you ! Imagination cannot be stretched enough, this fact cannot be stressed enough too ! Truth is stranger than fiction and the only constant regarding truth is change. So, even the truth is not absolute but changes with every living moment for the better, in strength, nature, quality and perception ! Sometimes the truth is so simple, obvious and lying so near to you that you tend to miss it. You might travel the whole world, search it with no stones unturned, only to return home and find, it was within you and your loved ones ( including pets ) all the while ! Not only this, as you progress you can feel a very subtle but incredibly exploding and at the same time very pleasant OM vibrations in your entire being, exploding like a controlled supernova. This is somewhat like feeling and occasionally hearing ( not in it's literal sense ) Beethoven's moonlight sonata or Ninth symphony in your entire body and being. Be angry with yourself only, see if you can stay angry for even 24 hours ! I have had been angry for years together and that too continuously, even in my nightmares during sleep or daymares even in reality ! After your 3rd eye within opens, it will gradually connect with your crown, Sahasrar chakra, the thousand petalled Lotus/on which your Higher Self/Lord's feet will rest, and you will feel a vertical eye shaped rotating force between the Agna and Crown chakras. This is the all seeing eye which makes you a visionary, a seer of dreams ! Actually this is the Brahmmajoni/Vagina of God ! This is the Shivling penetrated within His own vagina SRING, with the symbol of the male phallus being pure crunching consciousness and the vagina representing the birth passage of mother Nature/Gravity, producing multiverses, which is a very painful process. That's why the Lord has blessed us with his bounties which we should not ignore. Imagine a very painful sexual intercourse experienced by a couple. They won't try it a second time. Then think of the Lord and Ma Parvati ! See the movie, K Pax ! I said Lord SHIVA'S Vagina because He is complete both as a Man and as well as a Woman, Sayambhu and Ardha-Nariswar ( Now Purna Nariswar ) in Sanskrit. He was all alone and created Parvati through evolution of our universe and Man/Womankind, from her Woman spirit and men from His Man spirit ! The other name of Lord SHIVA is ALEKH NIRANJAN or one who doesn't judge being blind in the mind, doesn't need to judge because in the mirror of His pure SELF your past deeds/KARMA will reflect and serve you KARMIC JUSTICE at the moment of Truth when true colours bleed. That's why His another name is Maha-Kal/grand time of Judgement, which also judges the impotent time itself. NIRANJAN means, One who cannot be tainted with sins being disinhibited in the intellect. Being omnipresent, He has infinite names. Being omniscient, He is the thread of a pearl garland, the beads signifying different disciplines of knowledge/collective consciousness and being omnipotent He can create and destroy. He is not the same with Maheswar of the Hindu Trinity. He has a much broader interpretation ! So brothers and sisters, resurrect yourselves from death and enjoy eternal life. The Kingdom of Love/His Kingdom has Arriveth ! Finally try to have faith in me, because faith to start with is always blind, this is a test of the Lord provided you have faith in yourselves and self conviction which might lessen or dissipate during moments of tragedy or painful times. Your faith in me will help me to heal you faster ! You will come to know it when you begin to feel the Lord's healing touch soothe your bygone paining wounds in the mind of your heart and soul and provide you with at least a quantum of solace, until your faith reaches a point between rage and serenity ! Have patience, you never know what beautiful and wondrous things the reckoning hour has kept in store for you ! Sorry folks, you won't find these things in any books on the subject in the whole cosmos ! I have named this, Hitherto unknown Yoga/communion, with the supreme energy.
